What you will do
You’ll control the key daily operational interface between the customer and the internal organisation in order to maximise customer satisfaction. As part of the role you will be responsible for;
- Driving strong relationship with the commercial team to ensure open line of communication. You will have direct responsibility to update the area managers with customer related activities (orders, changes, complaints, analysis etc.).
- Proactively manage effective working relationships with customers providing them with agreed service level, sales order support, complaint handling & issue resolution.
- Responding to general enquiries as appropriate or facilitate re-direction to the relevant contact within the customer triangle.
- Liaising with Supply Chain to determine relevant fulfilment strategy in support of the service level requirement
- Managing and maintaining the order book in line with the sales contract and facilitate adherence to the agreed service levels and working capital targets.
- Acting as the main contact for complaint handling and facilitate timely resolution of issues.
- Identifying & proposing improvement to the customer relationship in all aspects of customer satisfaction in order to add value to the commercial agreement
- Inputing urban orders into Stratix, complete order process including fabrication orders for outside processing and updating order process system (Trello)
What you will need
You’ll hold fantastic written and communicational skills with a strong educational background. The Customer Service Support will be confident, with excellent attention to detail alongside a working knowledge of Microsoft Office. Knowledge of CRM databases (Pipedrive) and ERP systems such as SAP / Stratix would be desirable.
The Customer Service Support must be willing to develop skills to deal with basic technical and general pricing enquiries. You’ll be comfortable on the phone, able to focus on the task at hand and will enjoy working in a continuous improvement environment.
