Job Description:
Experience in comp practices work including job evaluation, job pricing, compensation proposal executive offer analysis. Experience administering annual incentive plan administration and merit cycles. Functional knowledge of Oracle Fusion HCM, Workforce, ServiceNow, Market Pay. Technical expertise a cross custom LM compensation systems/platforms or demonstrated technical capabilities. Attention to details and strong collaborative skills working across Talent and Global Operations. Governance and Attestation experience.
Overall work experience of 2+ years within HR operations. Should have interacted with Employees as part of Benefits admin experience. Should have worked as / experience as an Quality checker (transactions) and trained or improve bottom associates performance. Preferably should have worked on SuccessFactors Employee Central. Must maintain a high degree of care and diligence in protecting the confidentiality of employee personal information and documents. Must be able to work independently, set priorities, meet deadlines, solve problems, and satisfy commitments. Strong written and oral communication skills are necessary for interacting with all levels of the organization. Knowledge of federal, state, and local tax regulations including their respective websites, forms and procedures is a plus. Multi-state tax and compliance reporting experience. Strong analytical and quantitative skills. Demonstrated attention to detail with an appreciation of complexity and risk. Demonstrated problem-solving skills with the ability to create simple solutions. Desire to work in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment. Manufacturing industry experience with exposure to unions/organized labor
