TCS is hiring for below roles in retail, details below-
Category Manager-
- Create category management strategies, conduct market reviews and develop selling strategies for assigned products
- Sound knowledge of cataloguing, pricing, technical knowledge, & project management
- Conduct research to identify new markets or consumer trends
- Ability to identify problems and develop quick solutions
- Execute and maintain assigned category projects within allotted timelines
- Manage marketing activities such as promotions, campaigns & analysis of product demand
- Building relationships with suppliers to ensure they are aligned to the buying strategy & are performing consistently
- Creating presentations and training materials to educate customers about products or services
Buying Admin-
- Team building skills with leadership, time-management and decision making expertise
- Good command in both spoken and written English
- Must possess sound knowledge in Excel in advanced level
- Retail and Buying experience is must
- Ability to handle appraisals and monitoring team performance
- Vendor interaction and ToT experience is needed
- Discover training needs and provide coaching
E-Commerce Optimization
- Create, implement, track and optimize digital marketing campaigns across all digital channels
- Ability to conduct onsite navigation, banner and product management in website
- Possessing sound knowledge of current marketing tools, proficiency in market research and statistical analysis
- Maintain social media presence across all digital channels
- Identify correct target audience and create campaigns that engage, convert and inspire
- Optimizing copy and landing pages for search engine optimization
- Performing ongoing keyword research including discovery and expansion of keyword opportunities
- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, weekly site walks to optimize customer journey
- Track, report, and analyze website analytics and PPC initiatives and campaigns
- Conduct keyword research and perform social media page optimization
- Track marketing metrics and analyze digital data to measure marketing success
Online Merchandiser
- Monitor key trading tasks such as stock management, fragmentation, and product returns.
- Interact closely with merchandising, operations, and customer service teams to improve efficiencies, trade, and customer experience.
- Handle diligently new product uploads, category builds, product detail maintenance, and promotional activities.
- Collaborate with the e-Commerce team for better onsite optimizations such as product recommendations, ups elling /cross-selling opportunities, and search improvements.
- Assisting with the day-to-day coordination of e-Commerce marketplace activities, e.g. product uploads, reporting, organizing stock transfers.
- Reporting on e-Commerce trade performance including KPIs, providing data-driven insight, and conducting deep dives were needed to better understand shopping behaviors and trends.
- Ensures the navigation of the online store is set correctly to facilitate product finding by the customers and overall website functionality
