Skill/Role: Customer Service - International Web Chat
Location: Kolkata
Shift: 24*7 working environment with Night & Rotational Shifts.
Desired Experience Range: 1-4 years
Must Have: International chat/communication exposure.
Job Description:
- Requires exceptional verbal and written communication skills as well as strong customer service.
- Accountable to answer customer requests and
assisting customer either by email/chat or over the phone.
- Ability to understand customer issue and
route to appropriate team.
- Willingness to work in any shifts including
night shifts
