About The Program
PM Yasasvi Central Sector Scheme of Top Class Education in
Schools for OBC, EBC, and DNT Students 2025-26 is an opportunity
offered by the Ministry of Social Justice & Empowerment, Government of
India, to students belonging to OBC, EBC, and DNT categories. The scheme aims
to support meritorious students by funding their education from Class 9 onwards
till they complete Class 12. The selected students will receive a scholarship
of up to ₹1,25,000 for tuition, hostel fees, and other school charges.

Eligibility
To be eligible, an applicant must:-
- be an Indian national
- belong to the Other Backwards Class(OBC)/Economically Backwards Class (EBC) or Denotified Tribes (DNT) category
- be studying in Class 9 to 12 in a recognised government/government-aided or private school/institution
- have an annual family income of less than or equal to ₹2,50,000
Benefits
Selected students will receive awards
as follows:-
- For Class 9 and 10: An annual scholarship of maximum ₹75,000
- For Class 11 and 12: An annual scholarship of
₹1,25,000
Note:-
- This scholarship will cover tuition fees, hostel fees, and other necessary expenses as mandated by the school.
- The scholarship will be disbursed through Direct Benefit Transfer (DBT).

- Academic transcripts, including marksheets and certificates of the previous qualifying examinations
- Student's bank account details
- Aadhaar card/enrolment ID
- Caste certificate
- Domicile certificate (if applicable)
- Disability certificate (if applicable)
- Income certificate issued by a competent authority.
