• 1. Good communication skills 
• 2. solid OSS background 
• 3. has worked in TeMIP implementation projects for several years 
• 4. has special expertise in one or more of these aspects a. AM implementation, dictionary, OC, b. AM development/tuning c. ALB d. UCA e. v8.x (experience with the latest release) f. trouble-shooting, tracing, 
• 5. DB know how 
• 6. Integration & Middleware know how 
• 7. worked as system architect or similar in context of TeMIP 
• 8.      Understanding of latest telecom technologies
