1. Good communication skills

3. has worked in TeMIP implementation projects for several years
4. has special expertise in one or more of these aspects
- a. AM implementation, dictionary, OC,
- b. AM development/ tuning
- c. ALB
- d. UCA
- e. v8.x (experience with the latest release)
- f. trouble-shooting, tracing,
5. DB know how
6. Integration & Middleware know how
7. worked as system architect or similar in context of TeMIP
8.Understanding of latest telecom technologies
