Job
Description
We are looking for a dynamic and empathetic
Community Manager to nurture a vibrant ecosystem of learners, collaborators,
and changemakers connected to the Quest Learning Observatory. You will lead
efforts to cultivate a sense of belonging, foster collaboration, and create
meaningful engagement experiences—both online and in person. You will act as a
bridge between diverse stakeholders, ensuring the observatory remains a living,
breathing space of possibility.
Job
Responsibilities
Community Building & Engagement
- Design and
implement community-building strategies for stakeholders including
educators, youth, fellows, researchers, artists, funders, and partners.
- Facilitate
online and offline conversations, collaborations, and learning circles
that promote reflection, curiosity, and regenerative thinking.
- Develop and
maintain community rituals, events, newsletters, and digital platforms to
sustain ongoing engagement.
Program Hosting & Experience Design
- Co-create
immersive experiences such as residencies, exhibitions, workshops, and
summits aligned with QLO’s themes.
- Curate and host
gatherings that build trust, spark dialogue, and deepen the QLO ecosystem.
- Design
participant journeys that reflect care, inclusion, and relational
leadership.
Partnerships & Network Activation
- Build
relationships with ecosystem players (civil society, education, creative
industries, policy, research, etc.) to bring diverse voices into the space.
- Identify
opportunities for cross-pollination between local and global initiatives.
- Support collaborative
projects and research initiatives that emerge from the QLO network.
Communication & Storytelling
- Document
community journeys, stories, insights, and learnings through written,
visual, or multimedia formats.
- Manage QLO’s
digital presence (social media, community platform, and emailers) in
alignment with its ethos.
- Work with the
communications team to amplify key narratives emerging from the space.
Space Stewardship & Operations
- Ensure that
visitors and residents have a welcoming, thoughtful experience of the
physical space.
- Collaborate
with the hospitality, facilities, and event teams to maintain a
regenerative and inclusive atmosphere.
Education
Qualification/Required Skills & Experience
- Strong
interpersonal and facilitation skills with the ability to build trust and
weave networks across sectors.
- Experience
designing community engagement or learning experiences.
- Deep listening
and storytelling skills—able to hold space for others and elevate diverse
narratives.
- Self-driven and
highly organized; able to manage multiple workstreams and deadlines.
- Comfort with
digital tools (e.g., Slack, Notion, Miro, Substack, etc.)
Good to Have
- Exposure to
systems thinking, regenerative frameworks, or participatory design.
- Background in
education, social innovation, art-based facilitation, or sustainability.
- Prior
experience in managing residencies, convenings, or co-creation spaces.

Salary
The pay band for the position starts at Rs.
75000/- per month (cost to company)
