Key Responsibilities:
- Sales & Revenue Management – Meet and exceed sales targets while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

- Team Leadership & Staff Management – Lead by example, manage performance, and encourage team growth.
- Compliance & Safety Adherence – Ensure that the store operates in line with company policies and legal standards.
- Data Analysis & Reporting – Use data to make informed decisions and report key insights to senior management.
