- Medical
Candidates
Qualification: A postgraduate qualification such as an MD/MS or a
recognized equivalent qualification in a relevant discipline/subject.
Experience: 14 years of teaching and/or research experience
- Super
Specialty Discipline
Qualification: i) A postgraduate qualification such as an MD/MS or a
recognized equivalent qualification in a relevant discipline/subject.
ii) M.Ch. for surgical super-specialties and D.M. for Medical super specialties
Experience: 12 years of teaching and/or research experience
- Non-
Medical Candidates
Qualification: i) A postgraduate qualification such as an MD/MS or a
recognized equivalent qualification in a relevant discipline/subject.
Experience: 10 years teaching and/or research experience
(2) Additional Professor
- Medical
Candidates
Qualification: A postgraduate qualification such as an MD/MS or a
recognized equivalent qualification in a relevant discipline/subject.
Experience: 10 years teaching and/or research experience
- Super
Specialty Discipline
Qualification: i) A postgraduate qualification such as an MD/MS or a
recognized equivalent qualification in a relevant discipline/subject.
ii) D.M. Respective Discipline/Subject for Medical Super Specialty and M.Ch.
For surgical super specialty in respective discipline/subject
Experience: 08 or 07 years of teaching and/or research experience

Medical Candidates
Qualification: i) Master’s degree
ii) A doctorate degree
