Educational Qualification

• Candidates born not before 02-08-1997 and not later than 01-08-2006 are eligible to apply.

SSC CHSL Exam Pattern: Staff Selection Commission’s (SSC) conducted Combined Higher Secondary Level (10+2) Exam for the posts of Lower Divisional Clerk (LDC)/ Junior Secretariat Assistant (JSA), Postal Assistant (PA)/ Sorting Assistant (SA) and Data Entry Operator (DEO). Exam Pattern & Scheme of Examination are given below…

Scheme of Examination: The Computer Based Examination will be conducted in two tiers as indicated below:

1. Computer Based Examination: Tier-I:

The Tier-I Examination will consist of Objective Type, Multiple choice questions only. The questions will be set in English, Hindi and any language opted by the candidate in the application form, as given at Annexure-XVI for Part-II, III & IV of Tier-I examination. There will be negative marking of 0.50 marks for each wrong answer. Candidates are, therefore, advised to keep this in mind while answering the questions.

Scheme of Tier-II Examination:
