About the Organization: Mahila Aajeevika Samiti Sanstha is a reputed grassroots NGO working towards the social and economic empowerment of rural women through Self-Help Groups (SHGs), sustainable livelihood promotion, and community-based development interventions across multiple Indian states. Project Coverage: We are operational in all blocks and panchayats of the following districts: Bihar (12 Districts): Madhubani, Darbhanga, Sitamarhi, Gaya, Purnia, Araria, Samastipur, Vaishali, Muzaffarpur, Nalanda, Kishanganj, Katihar |
Uttar Pradesh (12 Districts): Bahraich, Gonda, Balrampur, Shravasti, Siddharthnagar, Maharajganj, Barabanki, Lakhimpur Kheri, Hardoi, Ambedkar Nagar, Basti, Sant Kabir Nagar |
Madhya Pradesh (12 Districts): Chhatarpur, Rewa, Panna, Satna, Tikamgarh, Damoh, Singrauli, Shahdol, Anuppur, Umaria, Sidhi, Katni (Each panchyat of this block)

Open Positions & Remuneration: 🔹 Block Coordinator Qualification: Graduate in any discipline Experience: Experience preferred; freshers may apply Monthly Salary: ₹23,250 Travel Allowance: ₹1,800 Mobile Allowance: ₹199 Responsibilities: Mobilize and manage SHGs Promote income-generating activities (goat rearing, agriculture, kitchen gardening) Organize training, capacity-building, and MIS reporting Coordinate block-level development efforts 🔹 Panchayat Coordinator Qualification: Minimum 10th or 12th pass Experience: Preferred but not mandatory Monthly Salary: ₹12,350 Travel Allowance: ₹1,800 Mobile Allowance: ₹199 Responsibilities:

Support SHG formation and activities at village level Engage communities in savings, livestock, and farming initiatives Assist in awareness campaigns and reporting Work closely with local governance systems Who Should Apply? Individuals committed to working at the grassroots with rural women Strong communication, mobilization, and basic computer/reporting skills Willingness to travel and work in remote areas.
